Return & Refund Policy

At TheLullaBaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, customer preference, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is the result of our error (wrong item sent) or a verified defective product, TheLullaBaby will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Used baby products
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items where stated
  • Items returned without original packaging

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.

European Union & United Kingdom Consumer Rights

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union or the United Kingdom, consumers may have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging and documentation.

Certain exceptions may apply to personalized, custom-made, or hygiene-related products.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor, additional processing time may apply.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue, TheLullaBaby reserves the right to provide all relevant shipping, tracking, delivery, and communication records to the payment provider as evidence in the dispute process.
